Not every problem needs a new roof, and we’ll tell you which situation you’re in.
Repair usually makes sense when the damage is isolated, the rest of the roof has meaningful life left, and the underlying decking is sound.
Replacement usually makes sense when the roof is near the end of its service life, damage is widespread, or repeated repairs are adding up to more than the cost of a new system.
The estimate is free either way, and the recommendation will be the honest one. If a repair will hold, we’ll say so.
